2005 Leadership Retreat
On November 4th-5th Brittashan hosted its 5th annual leadership retreat at historic Shawnee on the Delaware in Delaware Water Gap, PA.
After a round of golf by all Senior Management everyone settled into a great dinner and good fellowship.
On Saturday after breakfast our seminar began. This years theme was "management." We went through all issues we encountered in 2004-05. We looked at what we have done in the office as far as controls to help our leaders out in the field, and assist them in better managing their projects. We had great participation and interaction and this was by far our strongest leadership retreat to date. The only individuals from our senior management team that were not in attendance, were those hard at work at our Cayman Islands location. We look forward to what 2006 will bring.
